General Terms:

Acceptance: By using the website or purchasing products, users agree to the terms and conditions. Your access to the Site is subject to your understanding and acceptance of following Terms and Conditions.

Changes: Companies reserve the right to modify terms at any time. Alpina reserves the right to add, remove, change, or modify any clause of the Terms and Conditions anytime without providing any prior notice. Alpina reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Use Of Site:

Age Limit: Users must be 18 or older. Users must be 18 or older, or under adult supervision. Commercial use requires permission. Users must be at least 18 and cannot use the site for commercial purposes without authorization.

User Account and responsibility: confidentiality of the accounts are to be kept by the customers. Users are responsible for account confidentiality, and Alpina is not liable for unauthorised access.

Pricing & Payment:

Accuracy: Prices are subject to change, and companies are not liable for errors in pricing. The prices published on the Store are subject to change at any time without notice and may not be available on other websites or at offline retailers. However, orders already submitted to us will not be affected by such changes. This Site utilises all the resources at its disposal to provide accurate and authentic information about product prices, however, we cannot rule out the possibility of errors in pricing information. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price, or cancelling the order.

Payment: Acceptable payment methods are listed, and payment must be made before dispatch. Users may purchase Products using the available payment methods accepted by Alpina, such as, Cash On Delivery. All information You provide at the time of your purchase must be valid, accurate and up-to-date.

Payment Verification: The company has the right to verify your information before shipping the product. Failure to provide necessary details can lead up to cancellation of the order. As a measure to prevent credit and debit card fraud, the Site reserves the right to verify your personal information that you have provided or obtain validation of your payment details before shipping the product. The Site may ask you to verify your account through identity card, banking details or your place of residence. In case, you failed to provide the required verification document/information within two (2) days after receiving respective notification, your order will be cancelled automatically. The Site can also cancel any order directly if we suspect there is a risk of credit or debit card fraud.

Shipping & Delivery:

Timelines: Companies aim to deliver within specified time frames but aren’t responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products in a timely manner using the information that you provide with your order. Shipping dates and arrival times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Accuracy: Shipping Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling fees from time to time.

Responsibility: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the Products when they are ready for delivery, or the Seller is unable to deliver the Products on time because the Customer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations: Risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer (including for loss or damage caused by the Seller’s negligence).

Return & Refunds:

Conditions: Items must be returned within a specified period, usually 14 days, in their original condition for a refund.

Damaged Goods: Items showing visible damage at the time of delivery should be refused. Returns of damaged items will incur applicable charges. Unless the Product is damaged, a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) will apply to returns of all Products. If visible damages are present at time of delivery, refuse the damaged order or have the driver note  damaged box. You must note any carton damage on the bill of lading (the form that you sign to verify delivery) when you sign for the order. In case of partial damaged delivery, please refuse only the portion that is damaged.

 

Process: Customers must follow the return process outlined on the website. Have the product on hand when you call, so we may better assist you. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information 

Cancellation: Customer guideline for cancellation. If there are any errors or changes to a delivery address, You must notify us as soon as possible. If You change your address after placing an order, We reserve the right to cancel your order or charge you for any extra costs associated with a change in delivery address. If the Seller does not receive an order confirmation within 3 days of informing the Customer of the error, the order will be canceled automatically.

Warranty & Liability:

Coverage: Products are typically covered by a warranty that outlines the conditions and duration. All products purchased from alpinaappliances.com are supplied with the standard manufacturer warranty.  

Exclusions: Warranties may not cover certain damages, misuse, or normal wear and tear. 

Limitations: Companies often limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Under no circumstances will Alpina, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents contractors, principals, or licensors be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind or for loss of information or data, loss of revenue, loss of business or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with (a) the purchase or use of purchased product or service; and (b) the accuracy or completeness of any product description, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Alpina has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Alpina’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price paid for the applicable product or service, at Alpina’s option.

Privacy & Data Protection:

Collection: Companies collect personal data to process orders and improve services. In this Privacy Policy, you will find a description of how we collect personal information, the types of personal information Alpina collects, how it is used and shared, and how long it is retained. 

1. Contact data, such as your first and last name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, professional title and company name, and phone number.

2. Demographic data, such as your date of birth and gender.

3. Account data, such as the user ID and password that you may set to establish an Alpina Account, a profile photo, and any other information that you add to your account profile.

4. Communications data, based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback or support/repair requests, through the Service, social media, or otherwise. We may record phone calls made to our customer service for quality assurance purposes.

5. Payment and transactional data, such as information relating to or needed to complete your orders and/or payments on or through the Service (including payment card information and billing information), and your purchase history.

6. Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.

User-generated content data, such as profile pictures, photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Service, as well as associated metadata. The third party’s use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your Alpina Account with the third-party service.

3. Using your personal data for marketing, We may send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you or the company you work for. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes

Security: Companies implement security measures to protect personal information.

1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. However, no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you understand that any information that you transfer to us is done at your own risk. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Dispute Resolution:

Arbitration Agreement: Disputes are to be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims and intellectual property disputes.
Applicability of Arbitration Agreement. You agree that any dispute, claim, or request for relief relating in any way to your access or use of the Services, to any Product sold or distributed through the Website, or to any aspect of your relationship with Alpina, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that (a) you may assert claims or seek relief in small claims court if your claims qualify; and (b) you or Alpina may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights (such as trademarks, trade dress, domain names, trade secrets, copyrights, and patents). 

Governing Law:  All above mentioned terms and conditions will be governed under the law.
